Formal religious instruction consists of study of the Bible, Christian doctrine, church history, catechism, memory work, and hymnody.

- Latin (beginning in grade four)

Study includes eras of history in a four-year rotation: Ancient World,
Medieval World, Early Modern World, and Modern World/US
History.

Through science, we strive to instill in our students a wonder of God’s creation, a desire for truth, and observational and investigational skills to discover truth.

Homework
Students can benefit by developing the habit of home study.
All students will have 20 to 30 minutes of daily work to complete at home, Monday through Thursday. This includes studying spelling words for the test on Friday, practicing memory work, and reading.

Kindergarten through second grade will have minimal other homework.

Third through fifth grade students may have an additional 30 to 45 minutes, Monday through Thursday.

Sixth through eighth grade students may have an additional one to two hours of homework, Monday through Thursday.
